Creativity and logical analysis are the values I want to incorporate into my life.
The world, especially the Banking industry, is changing so fast. And the development of IT-technology (including FIN-TECH) leads the change. Traditional business models faced big trouble, and the change forces many company to change for survive
Under these situation, creativity and logical analysis are the keys of change. Based on big data (such as change of customer behavior) we can find out the problem (customer needs changes). And find right solutions using the creativity.
