Well, is it not that fair if the retired employees would receive a reduced wage and keep on reducing every year?
That is why they are still working to earn money and for the money to be reduced every year. For me, this kind of system is unfair for the retired employees since I am sure that they will have the same amount of work as young employees would have. There is injustice here! kkk
