What I regretted at work is that I did not properly contact the candidate who had the interview at my company when I was an interviewer. At that time, there were several candidates and interviewed dozens of candidates a day, so I couldn\'t contact properly the candidates who could not pass the interview due to a backlog of work and working with my priority. As I came across a similar situation from the perspective of a job seeker, I realized how heartbreaking and caring it was, and I feel sorry for the candidates who couldn\'t contact on time. The company\'s image and branding can be changed in the hiring process, and it is regrettable that it seems to have negative image of my company to the candidates.
