We are often assured that our food is “safe”. Is all food “safe”? Is any food “safe”?

There are several TV programs that air consumer reports only for foods. Watching them, it is shocking and surprises you. We often end up saying that there is no safe food. Everything we eat on a daily basis contains toxic substances, is cooked and handled unsanitarily. Unhealthy raw materials, ingredients, and condiment are widely used. There are actually very few restaurants that cook and serve you reliable healthy foods. In order to lure customers, eat-out foods should have appealing taste which means they should be somewhat salty, spicy, and sweet. Whereas healthy food could taste bland because it doesn’t add any condiment to make artificial flavor, so if you are a business owner, you are almost forced to make strong tasting foods. The problems is that even if we cook at home, the raw materials we buy are already are unhealthy. They might contain pesticides, half-processed using hazardous substances or polluted. If you truely want safe food, you should grow agricultural products.

Good afternoon, Sir [이름]!

Happy Thursday!
You are right, growing agricultural products is really good,

I have an uncle who has a rooftop garden and grows organic fruits and vegetables.

It is really safe and delicious. For people who are busy and don\'t have time to do gardening, they prefer to buy things that they need in the market.

I guess we just have to wash and cook all of those properly at home.

We should be conscious of what we eat nowadays.

And find time to exercise to stay healthy.

Have a great day.
