Like in high schools or middle schools in japan or china,our school policy is stricted school fashion as designated school uniform.

Though the designs of uniforms are different from school by school.

Even they are different from seasons. So your school fashion is completely and definately depend on your current school.

For example, in our school, we have hoodies and letterman jackets, and pant and jackets and even our own shirts.

So to speak, it is really meaningless to talk about whether fashion is important on high school.

And we(Korean highschool students) do complain about school uniform designs almost always but we don\'t actually want to wear plain clothes in school.
