What activities make you lose track of time?

I lose track of time when i clean my house. Suddely i want to clean. it is not my plan. the last time, i started at 11pm. so i had no choice but to slept at 3am. because, i don't stop to clean when i start cleaning. i think the reason is that i didn't clean my room for a lots of days. and korea has 4 season, so i have a lots of cloths for 4 season. when the seoson change, i must change my cloths in closet. so i lost track of time while i am cleaning.

So when I decide to clean, I usually eat a lot first because I know that I need much energy to accomplish my task. T.
