What advice would you like to give to your old self and why?

I want to say \"Everything will go well\" and \"I\'m always on your side\". Because I was stressful. I had so many thoughts and worries. So, I always asked to me \"Is this way right?\". Due to this asking, I was hard. So, I return to that time and I want to answer the question. And I want to make me relievable. Also, my previous self needed a person who I can rely on . So, my present self want to be a person who my previous self can rely on. Thanks to my advices, I hope my previous self can live more happily. But I hope my previous self don\'t throw away all thoughts.
