What are some of advantage of cooking your meals at home ?

There are many advantage of cooking my meals at home.

First of all, it is healther than when I eat out.

Many restaurants use flaver enhancer and I don\'t like it beacause it is not good for my health.

Second, it is cheap and I can save coffee cost. beacause if I eat out, usually I also drink a cup of coffee.
