In my case, if someone says words hurting my pride, I try to do my best more than ever to show my passion and persistence. This process is pretty stressful because my trying started from not volunteering but from peer pressure. However, it made me mature. For example, I learned that people can learn and mature from the worst situation as well. In this sense, peer pressure can be one of the motivations that can make one\'s ability increase. On the other hand, if peer pressure is about not objected criticism but indiscriminate condemnation, it can be connected to peer bullying.
