When it comes to the disadvantage of it, It is hard to work with a person who is different from me. It takes us to understand working style, the manners of handling work. and things like that. Sometimes I could argue with him. In extreme cases, office climate can get heavy because of my argument with him.
But Working with different working styles helps me open up different perspectives on work. Through experiencing new styles of work, I can get out of my stereotype of work, and develop my business ability in the long term.
