What are the advantages and disadvantages to couples having no children?

I think the answer will differ from individual to individual on this question.

For example, In korea, Most females give up their job, dream and their habits when they make a family.

To maintain their life, Some couples are discussing about whether they will have a children or not before marry.

On the other hand, some couples having childrens feel happy.
