First of all, all of the Korean study English at school.
Childhood will go to the elementary school at 8years old and school is teaching English.
So I think all of the Korean has a basic level. But it makes us study harder.
A good at English person is more advantage when someone go to the university and company.
And at the compony, If i get a high level of English certificate, Promotion is faster than other person.
These days, There are so really many way for studying English. But studying steadily is really really hard for everyone.
Probably, eighty percent peoples are failed studying English steadily.
That\'s true for me, too. Studying other country language is really hard and there is no easy way that rise my level, Steadily is only way.
