What are the good points of working under rushed conditions?

umm..actually, i think don\'t have a few good points. but if i think about two good points.
first, my skill is able to increase. if i working under rushed conditions fast everyday, i can work to short time.
but to becareful, because i am able to mistaken.
second good point is..well..i am able to feel time goes to very fast in working
if deadline is so short, i feel time is so very lack, and i feel time goes to very fast in working.
so i feel early to leave work.
