I think the most important qualification is communicating skills. cabin crew may encounter passengers of different nations, culture and attitudes. we have to communicate will with the passengers to satisfy their expectation. especially noticing their non verbal expression is one of good communication skill. in my case when I worked in hospital, patient’s working, face expression, even small cough can be a clue to determine their condition. and by observing their non verbal express, i can give good treatment what they want. so if I become a cabin crew I can catch up the passenger’s need and give a good service as well. 8.What is your motto? my motto is ‘A day without laughter is an day wasted’ positive and bright thinking is one of my strength and I try to look positive side when I was in trouble. It make me feel relaxed and help to find solution easily. I think happiness is not far from us if we are laughing and think positive happpiness will come more often.
