It’s more comfortable and time saving. Because I don’t have to go to a community center, and I just get necessary documents online.
Also It’s possible to get the documents whenever I need anytime. In my country, many public centers only open on weekdays and ended at 5 or 6pm. It’s same with my working days and time. So If there is no online transactions, I never get the important documents.
But there are cons of online transactions. There are some risks of abuses like hacking. So it’s very important to have strength security.
