First of all, He or she should have a strong mindset of serving society. Being a cop has a duty to protect people from all kinds of dangers. They cannot hesitate to help people at the risk who good cops bump into because that’s what cops do on their duty. Second, being good cops need to be in good health because they face many difficulties, which need physical power. Though, they don’t need to become muscle people. It is good to be in shape enough to subdue violent people. It means they can use skills and powers in that situation. Third, they are required to have field experience, so they can decide whether to use teaser guns, batons, or not. While they hesitate in emergency situations, they can be attacked by knives or lethal weapons. People can think of the case the negligence of their duties.
