I think that to be a great leader, a person needs to have good communication skills. So they can effectively convey ideas to other members. Another key aspect is active listening and responsibility. A leader must be willing to listen to opposing points of view, consider the benefits and drawbacks of each decision, and never impose their ideas on others. A sense of responsibility may also provide other team members with a sense of security and trust as a leader who leads the entire team. This can motivate the whole team to focus on accomplishing the objectives despite potential challenges.
