I think that good neighbor means person who doesn\'t bother neighbors. For example, Some people make so much noises that their neighbors feel uncomfortable and annoyed. Also, Other people are so much temperamental that they could complain all cases against their neighbors. So, I think that good neighbor is to be a thoughtful person and to think of others not only of him/herself
