Analytics representatives work as user-friendly communicators between technology and the financial market. Accordingly, I expect the representative to attend to clients\' inquiries concisely by navigating the wealth of financial data. Then, the representative supports clients during the training and onboarding process to ensure the clients make the most out of Bloomberg software. To succeed in such an environment, I have experience navigating data to answer clients\' inquiries for better decision-making. In my current company, I found out many customers were not planning to renew because they were not getting the total value out of the compensation data report. After fielding similar phone calls, I navigated the solution by providing customized analysis based on industry specificities. Therefore, I started to provide clients with additional resources which they can turn quickly into actionable insight. Consequently, I increased the customer base to 50%, with total revenue of USD 40,000.
