To be an efficient worker, there are many traits one should possess. The time management is one of them because he/she is always pressed for time and he/she needs to complete the tasks within a given time. It is also one of key elements for him//herself to hold himself/herself accountable for an assignment he/she has completed. Lastly problem solving skill cannot be too empasized. In a day to day business environments, we have to deal with various kinds of problems and we should have knowledge, skills, and ability to define the root cause of the problem, analyze and seek a solution to the issue.
