In my opinion, physical and mental conditions would be the usual circumstances of being either tardy or absent. It is challenging for people to do one best with a high fever or broken legs. These states would be the obstacles for the best performance. Maybe this is the reason why a company or school accepts absence with the doctor’s note attached. Alongside this, the mental issue will cause a disastrous effect on the performance. People with a high level of depression and anxiety are susceptible to stress associated with professional or daily life. These people will miss out or neglect essential features which make them clumsy.
