What are the ways to slow down aging?
The first one can be exercising a lot. For example, I watched a TV program which shows one grandmother\'s muscle. It looked very nice, and she also looked much younger than her real age.
The second one is studying or working until the dead. Because the human must work everyday. If there is a long vacation or retirement, we should find another job or find other habits. Just being a couch potato makes us fast aging.
Last one is being happy.. Thinking positive can help you to live fresher and more energetic.
You don\'t need to do all things which I said above, but it can be helpful to slow down aging.
