First, I find a repeatable shortcut. Due to my previous job, I saved time using statistical software such as vlookup for Microsoft Excel. Also, I streamlined the workload by using email templates. Secondly, I divided the large tasks into smaller to-dos and tackled them as orders. As a data services analyst at Willis Towers Watson, my primary responsibility was to create a compensation report from the survey. Despite various steps to generate the report, I fit everything to schedule by dividing the tasks and setting the deadline for each job. For instance, I started by marketing the surveys to clients and split this into two sections. The first step was grasping the customer interest through cold calls, and the second step was listening to the customers’ concerns through meetings. In this way, I increased the survey participation rate to 50%. I would like to contribute an analytical mindset to your company as a sales associate.
