What are working conditions like in your country?

In my country, it depends on companies where you work. What you deal with is like manufacturing, IT, marketing, etc. But, I\'m pretty sure wherever you work, you have to see someone who is tremendous mean. They are very super crazy conservative. There is Confucian culture in Korea, they tend to say that you should just follow me because you\'re younger than me!!. And, you can\'t suggest your opinion to your boss. Also, they always take good things such as days of vacation, benefits, etc first than you. If you take it than them, you will hear what you are so rude, not polite, something like this. So, that\'s why I left for hear. :)
