What are your strengths and weaknesses?

I have to say my strength is an industrial. It\'s easy to set a goal, but not all the people wouldn\'t make it. For me I\'m going to do it until I must achieve it. I don\'t care no matter how it will take time. On the other hand, my weakness is to feel depressed. I think the reason why I got failed about interviews a lot.
