I think that catcalling is absolutely an unwanted communication. Catcalling happens in any city and any country, it happens in the suburbs and on the campuses. It happens to women and man. But most victims are more severe in the women than man. Because the man cannot feel a dangerous situations. But most women feel a scared situations when they walk alone.
