In my country, people rarely give a tip at any restaurant or to a serving person. So, I am usually panicked about whether I should give it and how much I should pay it after I use their services in countries where have this custom. Kindness and mindful services are sort of mandatory manners as a salesperson in Korea. Moreover, some people abuse this behaviour in a different way, especially, when they drink at the bar and want to flirt with someone. Therefore, tipping contains a little negative nuance in my country. To this context, I do not have pleasant experiences related to tips, and it seems unreasonable to me. Maybe, it would be better to describe the percentage of the tip on the menu and pay it with the price of goods.
