What causes anger?

Anger can have a plenty of grounds. But we can draw a distict line between external factor and internal factor. I normally feel anger when others ingore me. And sometimes I’m upset with myself when I don’t satisfy myself. There are two different factors but the anger breaks out inside our mind. Even we know the reason why and it is a matter of our thinking, it is hard to control.
