It is hard to decide one of the cities which is the best, but I can decide the province.
In my opinion, my province, Gyeonggi province, is the best province in South Korea.
It is nearby Seoul, so a lot of big and convenient cities are included in Gyeonggi province.
And also my city, Bucheon, is also included in Gyeonggi province.
Because of these reasons, I think Gyeonggi province is the best province in South Korea.
