What company rule or protocol do you not agree with? Why?

I believe the corporate protocols reflect its value. Also, I have learned that abiding by the rule is crucial to protect employees’ safety. However, there was recently a rule that I could not agree upon, which was not giving a paid vacation for a booster shot. Employees must use their outstanding day-offs to get inoculated. I am working as a consultant who frequently has in-person meetings with clients. Even though taking a booster shot is not forced by the government, we must be vaccinated to enter clients’ sites. If there is no paid leave, employees have to use up their vacation or spend their lunch break. Also, there was the paid leave when there was first and second shot due to health concerns. Since we are taking the same vaccines, there is a high possibility of side effects. Therefore, I believe employees should be entitled to paid holiday from productivity and morale.
