Korea has developed adapting myriads of policies from America when it comes to politics and economy. Among them, housing policy is one thing that was adjusted to meet our nation\'s situation in the past that I really hope to be changed.
Too many regulations and heavy transfer tax they implemented to stabilize house prices have worked exactly opposite way by making people reluctant to trade their homes. As a result, the average house price has almost doubled last 5 years.
