What critical feedback do you most often receive?
학생이 쓴 원문
In any situation, I can take criticism as a growth opportunity and not make weakness an ongoing issue. At university, I worked at an Italian restaurant where I sometimes got criticized for being shy. One of the essential duties was to recommend a menu to guests to increase revenue, but I could not even find a way to start a communication. At that time, I decided to develop my strategy. At first, I started with casual conversation and built a rapport with customers. After becoming comfortable with the customers, I made some recommendations and easily navigated a moment when I could proceed with some sales talks. Now, I can easily promote service or product with the customers I meet for the first time. I increased revenue by 50% through various project sales proposals and cold calls in my current job. I genuinely believe “practices make perfect,” and I could have the courage to start from constructive feedback from my manager.
