What dishes in your country that you can say are good for our health?

Many foods in my country are delicious and even good for our health. Koreans like to use vegetables traditionally because our society was agrarian society. Generally, Korean’s meal have a lot of side dishes. Dishes are composed vegetables, meats. Koreans can eat various nutrients in one meal. And also, we have a lot of health food. Especially, Samgyetang is very famous as health food in my country. It is eaten usually on summer because Koreans believe if they can overcome hot weather as eating hot food. Furthermore, it is cooked to use health ingredient like ginseng, ginger. So it is represent Korea health food. I like seaweed soup which is health food and common food. Koreans eats it usual because it is easy to cook and especially eats in birthday. Seaweed is used, so it is good for women. It is also good food for health.
