I don\'t know what other people complain about me, If nobody doesn\'t tell me about it. I think nobody wants to tell something straightforwardly. Korean culture is really conservative. Younger people must respect elders and have to use formal words. In the company, people also need to follow our tradition. There are good things in our country but seniors have responsibility to educate their juniors. If juniors make a mistake, seniors might be scolded from their seniors. So, we have to do anything that one\'s senior instruct, even if it doesn\'t make sense. My position in our department is senior group, so I used to speak roughly because I had to do it in our business culture. I knew that a lot of junior colleagues complained about what I directed. However, I didn\'t have any choice at that time, if I didn\'t scold them, senior group consider me as a incompetence person. Our culture has changed a lot these days, we accept western culture.
