What do you consider about a place/apartment/accommodation to move in to?

I consider a little of everything but I want a convenient place to live the most now. I always feel inconvenient and bored now because I’m living in the small countryside. There isn’t anything to do. I want to be close to downtown and go to the Korean market and Costco easily. Furthermore, I want something to enjoy like shopping malls, theaters, and tourist attractions. So, my husband and I decided to move to Calgary in the future. We felt that it’s quite an appropriate place when we’ve been for travel there. It’s close to Banff so we can travel there easily and go hiking whenever we want. It has also a lot of Korean markets, restaurants, and Costco nearby. Moreover, it looks much cleaner and safer than here. Prices are cheaper than Vancouver and Toronto. I hope we would move there in a short time and want to make good friends and close neighbors there.
