I heard that hand hygiene is the first thing we have to practice to protect us from viruses. It is not easy to wash hands frequently because it cause dry hands. Although, it has a few disadvantages, people must follow it strictly. Secondly, it is known that wearing face mask can protect us from airborne infectious disease. It has already became normal for us to wear mask anytime. I sometimes forgot to wear it while I was going to work. At the beginning of pandemic, nobody cared if someone wear a mask or not but they have became sensitive if someone didn\'t wear a mask because he/she might be the one who has already been infected. It is quite simple to protect us from the contagious disease but it can be annoyed. I believe that we will overcome it soon and we will be stronger than we used to be.
