What do you do to relieve your stress?

To beat stress I will surround myself with family and friends who love me and encourage me all the time.They would help me get throungh any difficult times and I get so much confidence from them.I would also enjoy my hobby.Since I was so young,I usually released my stress playing musical instrument like recorder,piano and flute.After I play especially the piano for 2 or 3hours without any thinking,I feel very comfortable and fresh having no stress.I also like music so I usaully listen to pop music or go to singing room with my friends and have a lot of fun.I sometimes climb up the mountain near my house with my mother,it also helps to blow off the stress.If I put these three measures in place,I will able to reduce any possibility of harm which stress can cause.
