What do you do when you hear your name pop up in other people’s conversations?

when they talk behind my back I will feel bad. And maybe when they are my best friends or my precious people, I’m so upset about them. but i will listening their talk quietly. Because just i wonder their talk about me What or why They have been upset to me.
