What do you imagine are the best countries in which to raise a child?

I think Korea is one of the best couneries to raise a child. Because Korean education system is good and Korean parents have a lot of concern for education of their children. So Korean children can get much education. Also, Korea is good for security. So we can raise our children in safe environment. I know there are many countries having good education system like Poland, Canada etc. If I have enough money, I maybe send my children to these contries for education. But I wanna have a good time with my children for long time. I think it\'s important to children having the time with parents.
