What do you include in your ideal fitness program?

Hi gelly. first of all, Im sorry I couldn\'t attend the class scheduled yesterday. When you called me, I fell a sleep for a whlie. By the way, how have you been? doing good? I worried you closed the classes from 8.15 to 8.16. I hope you are doing well. See you at 9pm ^^ (Homework) I think balanced life style is most important. Not only doing exercise but also having healthy foods and taking a sleep reagulary should be done at the same time. In my case, because I have to take care of my daughter and do housechore, I\'m usually doing home fitnesss watching youtube and try to have healthy foods made by me. For example salad without sauce and law salt food. But I\'m a working mom, I often eat delivery food also.^^;
