What do you like to do outside of work?

Apart from work, I enjoy taking a stroll to nearby places. I usually have an hour-long walk to the nearby river or park. During this time, I can separate myself from workloads and free myself from various matters and concerns. I believe sparing my time for more physical activities made me mentally and physically healthy by relieving stresses from the daily routine. Due to the pandemic, I do not have a place for exercise. Accordingly, a walk was the only outdoor activity I could do at the beginning of the lockdowns. This hobby was crucial to me because I could keep myself away from burning out from many workloads. Physical strength enables me to withstand bombarding customer calls at my first job as a customer service associate. Walking allowed me to equip myself with persistency and mental toughness, which have prepared me to be flexible in the fast-paced global business market.
