What do you look for in a role model and why?

In a role model, most of all I look for he/her morality. I think other ability able to make up him/herself, however "the Morality" is not make but born. It is unconsciously appeared person's act, word, even in eyes. For example, As my job, I have a chance to meet a lot of various celebrities. Someone has really good reputation to their fans, however when I met that celebrities to work together. Some people act vary rude to our staffs. Whenever I work with he/her, I really feel depressed and I wonder why people think that person has a really good personality. Because most people see that person's image made by their staff. The do voluntary activities on purpose to earn popularity and most people believe it, and make that celebs as their role model. I saw this case very often, So I think morality is the most important thing to choice their role model.
