What do you miss most about being a child?

The most thing I miss about being a child is the existence of my grandparents. I lost my beloved grandfather last year. I felt lost when my grandmother passed away 10 years ago but at that time at least my grandfather was alive. The loss in last year made me feel being apart from the last piece of my childhood. I have lots of golden memories with my grandparents. The house they lived, the garden, family gathering and memories with my cousins.. I cannot go back to the past and visit again the place. Literally I cannot because the house which still appears in my dream even in these days has been removed and a modern building was built on the land. At the funeral in last year, I realized my grandfather was the only one who had been connecting the present to the past I miss. Still I feel the emptiness but I can smile because of the love he gave me and lots of pictures with him :)
