In Korea, \'Work and Life Balance\' is very important factor to find a job because people want to live their life. Although worker earn less, they want to work moderately.
Thus, Korea government is trying effort to increase right of workers.
If we work four days in a week, we will have more time to spend for ours by enjoying hobbies or studying. So, it is increased satisfaction and happiness of people about their life. Then, our society will be a happy society.
Second, company can also get benefit. According to research, when officers work four days in a week, efficiency of workers is increased than when officers work five days in a week. And also, the production is also increased than ever. So, company can reduce the wage of workers because work time decrease, and increase the production amount.
I think it is advantages of a four-day workweek.
