I think that an entrepreneur must be creative and open-minded to succeed in his or her businesses. First, the competition among companies are increasng these days and everybody tries to look for the blue ocean that promises a high profit in his or her businesses. If entrepreneurs want to survive in a harsh competition, they should be creative to satisfy their customers' needs. It means that leaders in companies should read the trends in a market, and make new ideas to match their customers' needs.
