What do you think is more "important" for you in your work - the training you have or the experience
학생이 쓴 원문
I think experience is more important than training at work. Training could help us learn new things and sharpen our skills, however, just having knowledge and implementing it is different. In most cases, we face difficulties in putting what we have learned into action and bring in tangible results. It’s is why I value experience more over training. In addition, experience can make us jump in at the deep end because we have already done it before. However, the importance of training should not be overlooked because if you are stuck in the same place with the same skills, you would fall behind in the competition and you will gradually lose your competiveness. A good example is a top-class athlete like an Olympic champion. They have to concede their trophy to a new champion unless they keep practicing and developing new technics. Nothing will remain permanent. Everything changes. Your experience can do work well at the beginning and for quite a while. However, training should follow.
