The best thing about my job is that it is a stable job and that vacation is free.
I\'m a civil servant working in the military in South Korea.
In Korea, civil servants belong to a stable job becasue they can have a job until the age they set with out the risk of being fired.
And our unit is a little special, but I can use my vacation freely. I can use my vacation by the minute, I can use it for personal reasons, for special occasions, and I can use it when I am sick. So, I think it\'s good to encourage people to use such a vacation freely without disturbing them. In addition, I think it is an advantage that we can understand each other well because there are many civil servants like me in the unit.
