I think diligence is the key to success. Diligent people usually can not stand wasting time and being indolent at anytime. Even when they don\'t have been given tasks, they make their goals by themselves and try to achieve them diligently. Consistent effort to develop oneself is not always easy unless they are very motivated. So that I also needed inspiring roll model or books to make myself improve and become a better person than before. I don\'t mean to push myself into a lot of tasks and work like a workaholic, obsessive to social success in career. When I was very busy with my work, I didn\'t have time to think about my future life or goal settings. I was just coping with the confronted situation. But currently I\'ve got much time I could manage by myself, so I decided to study and strengthen my weaknesses. Because \"studying\" means \"living in the future\". I don\'t know how it\'s going to be used in the future, but I believe it can make me better person and catch when opportunity comes
