I think, the most dangerous disease is dementia. Even if someone has no problems on someone\'s on physical body, Dementia ruins someone\'s life who has dementia. I hope not to get dementia in my life. If I get dementia, all of my family will suffer to care me. So, I have been doing workout everyday not to get dementia.
