What do you think of all the fad diets that come on the market?

I think all the fad diets are followed by the background of the times. When covid-19 was spreading at first, the fad diet of Korea was Dalgona coffee which is made by instant coffe, water, and sugar. To make Dalgona coffee, you mix two tablespoons of each ingredient and start whipping it until the dark watery paste turns into a thick whipped cream mixture. I think Dalgona coffee came from the situation that people who didn\'t go out as much as before covid-19 situation and they want to start something funny and eventually invented Dalgona coffee. So, I think most fad diets reflects the background of the times and social.
